On Oct 4, a 'tip-off' phone reporting service was launched to receive complaints about Vocational Education and Training (VET) colleges.
The purpose of the service is to report unethical and/or illegal activity by colleges in the sector.
Complaints can be made by:
current international students
past international students
education agents
home-stay hosts
employers of international students
other education providers
and any other relevant bodies
The person lodging the complaint can remain anonymous.
